Request a Copy at Your Local Library

Most libraries allow patrons to request that they purchase a book for their collection. It’s the best way to let your local librarian know that you want DAUGHTERS OF A DEAD EMPIRE when it comes out! Library copies are free to you, benefit the author, and can reach hundreds of people with a single copy.

Plus, making a request is easy to do:

  1. Google “library name” + “suggest a title” —> for example, “New York Public Library suggest a title”

  2. Find your library’s page with instructions.

  3. Enter the requested information, which may include:

    • Title: DAUGHTERS OF A DEAD EMPIRE

    • Author: CAROLYN TARA O’NEIL

    • ISBN: 9781250755537

    • Publisher: Roaring Brook Press/Macmillan

    • Year of publication: 2021

Many libraries want to know where you first heard about the book, too — so be sure to link back here, or to whatever blog, Twitter, Instagram, Goodreads or other page directed you here!
